Customized Items:

As our products are specially designed and crafted based on your preferences, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any customized items once the order has been placed. Please carefully review your customization choices before submitting your order.

Inspection and Notification:

We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their customized items upon delivery. If you believe that there is an error in your order, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product. Defective or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that there is an error with the customization that differs from the details provided in your order, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will promptly review your case and, if verified, we will offer a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a refund for the affected item.

Cancellation Policy:

As we begin the customization process soon after receiving your order, cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted as the production process is underway.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that shipping costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing:

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 3 days from the date the refund is confirmed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
